Luke 4:18-19 (ESV)

¹⁸ “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
    because he has anointed me
    to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives
    and recovering of sight to the blind,
    to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
¹⁹ to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

The mission of Jesus was to recover the lost, broken, blind oppressed and imprisoned; then to restore them to their creator; therefore being able to go with a sense of resurgence to be who he created them to be. The EPI-center has a desire to come up alongside people, to help them through encouragement, resources, teaching, prayer, fellowship and worship.
